| How do I place an order ? |
You may purchase items online by following the step-by-step instructions included in each section where you will be guided through the process. We accept the following credit cards for payment for online orders: Mastercard, Visa, and Discover Card.. You also may order by phone, Mon. through Sat. from 10 am - 5 pm (CST). Call: 785/273-5994; or, toll-free 888/206-5994. Sales tax is applied to orders shipped to Kansas residents (6.8%).

Framewoods utilizes Thawte SSL encryption that protects credit card numbers and personal billing information.

| What is the shipping policy? |
Prices shown on our site do not include shipping and handling costs. Costs for shipping/handling vary by item and we will notify you of these charges when we confirm your online order. The average cost for shipping is 7 to 10% of the item's value. Rates may be slightly higher if the item requires special shipping, (such as oversized artwork or items sent outside the Continental United States). Your order is carefully packed and shipped by Framewoods personnel. This gives us control over the quality of your experience and allows us to track your purchase from order through delivery.

| Can items be shipped to a location other than my address? |
Yes. During the ordering process you may enter a shipping address different from your billing address and the order will be drop-shipped to that address.

| When will my order arrive? |
The delivery time for most items is 5 to 7 business days. Items shipped outside the U.S. and oversized items usually require more time to arrive (approx. 10-14 days).

| What is the return policy? |
If you are not satisfied with your order or the service you received from Framewoods, inform us immediately about your decision to return an item. To receive a refund, you must return the item within 5 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. There are no refunds after 5 days.

| What about refunds? |
We will notify you of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect your refund in 7-10 days of our receiving your return.

| Can I buy gift certificates online from Framewoods? |
We are not able to offer online sales of gift certificates at this time. We hope to be able to offer this service in the future. You may order gift certificates through the mail by calling 785/273-5994 or toll-free 888/206-5994.
